All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp, or any officially designated communication channel of goSelective Travels. Cancellation requests are considered effective only after they have been acknowledged by our team.
If you choose to cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date.

Note: Certain trips, permits, flights, hotels, or special promotional offers may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated during booking.
The booking amount or registration fee is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to insufficient participation, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such cases, travelers may be offered one of the following, subject to operational feasibility:

We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives, but additional expenses arising from such events may be the responsibility of the traveler.
If a traveler fails to report at the designated meeting point, arrives late, misses transportation, or voluntarily leaves the trip after commencement, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the services.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility. Additional charges may apply due to price differences, supplier policies, or revised travel costs.
Approval of a rescheduling request is at the sole discretion of goSelective Travels.
Flights, train tickets, hotels, permits, activity providers, transport operators, and other third-party services are governed by their respective cancellation policies. Any non-refundable charges imposed by such providers will be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.
Bookings made under promotional offers, discount campaigns, coupon codes, referral programs, early bird pricing, or flash sales may be partially refundable or non-refundable, as specified in the respective offer terms.
Subject to availability and operational approval, a traveler may request to transfer their booking to another eligible person. Transfer requests may attract administrative or operational charges and must comply with all applicable booking requirements.
