  | DAY 1

Pickup 7am Morning from Gorakhpur Railway station or Airport, Meet our Driver, Settel the luggage.
Please ensure you arrive on time for a smooth start to the journey.
Your Himalayan adventure begins as you drive to the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara.
The route offers scenic highway views, riverside landscapes, and glimpses of the Himalayan foothills.
After arriving in Pokhara, check in at Hotel and relax after the drive.
In the evening, you can explore the peaceful surroundings of Pokhara or unwind before the trek begins. Note: Meal: Dinner | Stay: Pokhara

  | DAY 2

After breakfast, drive towards Ghandruk/Jhinu Danda where the trekking adventure officially begins.
The trail passes through beautiful Gurung villages, stone staircases, suspension bridges, riverside paths, and lush forests.
Lunch will be served at Jhinu Danda before continuing the trek to Chhomrong, a beautiful mountain village surrounded by Himalayan landscapes.

Wake up to mesmerizing mountain views and begin trekking through dense forest trails filled with bamboo trees and rhododendron forests.
Pass through Sinuwa and enjoy peaceful Himalayan surroundings.
Lunch will be provided at Sinuwa Top before continuing towards Bamboo.

Today’s trail takes you deeper into the Annapurna Sanctuary region.
Trek through scenic landscapes, waterfalls, glacier rivers, and narrow Himalayan valleys.
Pass through Dovan, Himalaya, and Hinku Cave before reaching Deurali by evening.

One of the most exciting days of the trek.
Start early and move towards Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC), where the views become dramatically beautiful.
After lunch at MBC, continue towards Annapurna Base Camp surrounded by snow-covered Himalayan peaks from all sides.
Reach ABC by evening and experience one of the most magical mountain environments in Nepal.

Summit Bonus

The Summit Bonus is INR 3000 and is considered part of the tips for the leader, guides, porters, and support staff.

This amount is mandatory for trekkers who successfully complete the summit.

Trekkers who do not reach the summit may contribute voluntarily if they wish.

2- Gamow/PAC HAPO Bag (Portable Hyperbaric Bag) - is a unique, portable hyperbaric chamber for the treatment of acute mountain sickness (AMS), also known as altitude sickness.

3- AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) -  are portable life-saving devices designed to treat people experiencing sudden cardiac arrest, a medical condition in which the heart stops beating suddenly and unexpectedly.

No individual or third party is permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any digital content without prior written permission from Travelxpeditions.


Payment Policy
  • Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip departure date.

  • Any pending payment may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

  • No traveler will be allowed to board without completing the full payment.


Government ID Requirement
  • All travelers must carry a valid Government-issued ID proof.

  • ID verification will be conducted before boarding.

  • Boarding will not be permitted without valid identification.


Booking & Transfer Policy
  • Bookings are non-transferable.

  • Only the person(s) whose name is mentioned at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.

  • Name changes after confirmation are not permitted.


Refund Policy
  • No refund shall be provided for any services or inclusions not availed by the traveler.

  • No refund will be provided if a traveler misses the departure.

  • Travelers missing the bus will not be eligible for refunds.

Travelxpeditions will attempt to contact the traveler twice before departure time.


Reporting & Departure Guidelines
  • Travelers must report at the pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

  • Departure timings are fixed and must be strictly followed.

  • All travelers must stay in contact and update their status with the assigned Trip Coordinator.


Travel & Transportation Guidelines
  • Air Conditioning may be switched off in hilly areas or challenging terrain for safety reasons.

  • During the journey, the driver has full discretion to switch off the AC when required for safety and comfort.

  • The management will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal belongings.


Health & Fitness
  • Some tours may involve physically demanding activities such as trekking, camping at high altitudes, or long travel hours.

  • Participants are advised to ensure they are physically fit before booking such trips.


Code of Conduct
  • Drinking alcohol and smoking during travel are strictly prohibited due to safety and health concerns.

  • Any misconduct, indiscipline, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Travelxpeditions reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund in case of misconduct.


Liability Disclaimer

Travelxpeditions shall not be held responsible for:

  • Natural calamities

  • Landslides or road blockages

  • Political closures

  • Accidents or vehicle breakdown

  • Weather disruptions

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

We do not provide travel insurance covering sickness, accidents, theft, or personal loss. Travelers are advised to arrange personal travel insurance if required.


Itinerary Changes

Due to factors such as weather conditions, road situations, or the physical ability of participants, the itinerary may be modified.

Travelxpeditions reserves the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and overall well-being of the group.

Cancellation Policy

  • No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
