Cancellation Policy

Accommodation

• Triple sharing will include separate mattresses where required.
• Camps and homestays in remote areas are basic but comfortable.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Health & Safety

• Travelers must carry valid ID proof.
• High-altitude travel may cause AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness).
• Guests with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before joining.
• Alcohol consumption at high altitude is not recommended.

Transport

• Volvo buses and tempo travellers are operated by trusted third-party vendors.
• Delays due to traffic, landslides, or weather conditions may occur.
• Seat allocation is on a rotational basis.

  • Landslides
  • Road blockages
  • Political disturbances
  • Personal loss or theft
  • Flight/train delays

Eco Travel Policy

• Avoid littering in mountains and lakes.

• Travelers are expected to cooperate with the trip leader during emergencies and route changes.
