Booking & Payment

A minimum booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required to confirm the seat.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before departure.

Failure to complete payment before the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the booking amount.

All bookings are subject to availability.

Traveller Responsibilities

Participants must carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the trip

Winter Spiti is a high-altitude destination reaching over 15,000 ft.

Travellers must assess their fitness and health before booking.

Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed before booking.

Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances during the trip is strictly discouraged and may result in removal from the group without refund.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, snowfall, road closures, natural calamities, government regulations, vehicle breakdowns, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

The trip leader reserves the right to modify the route, accommodation, sightseeing schedule, or transportation arrangements in the interest of safety.

No refund shall be provided for missed activities due to weather, road conditions, landslides, snowfall, traffic, or force majeure situations.

Accommodation & Transportation

Accommodation will be provided on sharing basis as per the selected package.

Room allocation will be subject to availability.

Transportation will be provided as mentioned in the itinerary.

Vehicle type may vary depending on road conditions and group size.

Delays & Force Majeure

goSelective Travels shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, loss, injury, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused by: Snowfall, Road closures, Landslides, Weather conditions, Government restrictions, Political disturbances, Natural disasters, Vehicle breakdowns beyond reasonable control. Any additional costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the traveler.

Liability

Travelers participate in the expedition at their own risk.

goSelective Travels acts only as a tour organizer and shall not be liable for personal injury, sickness, accident, loss of baggage, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Photography & Marketing

Photographs and videos taken during the trip may be used by goSelective Travels for promotional and marketing purposes. Travelers who do not wish to appear in promotional material must inform us in writing before the trip.

Acceptance

By making a booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
